Welcome to our site.
Lobsa is a non-profit
Buddhist anmal rights vegan group and is run basically by two people.
One does not have to be Buddhist to join our mail list. Liberation of Brother & Sister Animals
[Lobsa] commenced in Sept 06. On 28th June 07, we became an
not for profit company - ACN126 255 598. Please note Feb 2008 we shortened our name.
Although we are
not affiliated with any particular Buddhist tradition or organisation, Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo is our Patron. To

Lobsa is self funded and we have very limited
resources and time constraints. We would urge everyone to join
our Lobsa online
mail list which posts approx 4
times / day international animal articles, alerts, news. We would
urge you to view the e news
archives first before subscribing so you get
an idea of what our list is about. We also would urge you to adopt a
cruelty free lifestyle. We urge you to participate in all action
alerts and any other way you feel you can benefit our animal friends.
When you feel you have enough information and knowledge on
animal rights issues, we urge you to start your own local action groups,
but continue to keep in touch with us, continue on our mailing
list and continue to network
globally.
Please note Lobsa
is an animal rights
vegan group. We work toward total liberation from animal exploitation in
all its forms.

not aware of the current daily animal exploitation and abuse of 55 billion
non-human animals globally, all with the knowledge of governments,

animal experimentation and many other kinds of

these images are predominently US based, this animal exploitation is
global. These images are not unusual instances of exploitation and
cruelty, they are represenatative of the kinds of abuses 55 billion
animals endure and die each year. Please note 10s
of millions of animals are also tortured and killed in animal
testing and experimentation each year.
We would urge you to view as

you will find are a great motivator.
